Shortfundly is primarily a digital OTT (Over-The-Top) platform that delivers content electronically. As such, most of our services involve digital delivery rather than physical shipping.
Digital Content
All short films, movies, web series, and other media content available on Shortfundly are delivered digitally through our platform. Once you purchase or subscribe to access content, it becomes immediately available for streaming or download through your account. No physical shipping is involved for digital content.
Instant Access
Upon successful payment or subscription activation, you will have immediate access to the purchased content through our website or mobile applications. Content is delivered instantly and can be accessed from any device where you are logged in.
Physical Merchandise (If Applicable)
If Shortfundly offers any physical merchandise (such as DVDs, merchandise, or promotional items), the following shipping terms will apply:
- Shipping Locations: Physical items, if available, will be shipped to addresses within India. International shipping may be available for select items.
- Shipping Time: Standard shipping typically takes 5-10 business days within India. Express shipping options may be available for an additional fee.

Event Tickets & Passes
For event tickets and passes purchased through Shortfundly:
- Tickets are typically delivered digitally via email or made available in your account.
- Physical tickets, if required, will be shipped to the address provided during purchase.
- Shipping terms for physical tickets will be communicated at the time of purchase.
